The theory of evolution is one of the pinnacles of human knowledge, but its knowledge and understanding has a little problem—the immense time scale on which it operates respect our brief lives. Although, if we look closely, we can observe evolution in action in certain species that are right now in a moment of transition or are clear intermediate elements.
